The Way We Work

The way we work

1. Goods loading

At the first stage we coordinate with you all order details and send you our Contract and Proforma for printing and signing to confirm the order. On the loading day we send you an actual picture of the goods. Upon the truck loading we inform you the estimated delivery date.

2. Reporting truck movement information

After border crossing is the next step customs clearance. We always stay in touch with you and let you know on all changes with the date of the truck's arrival to your warehouse. After the customs clearance we send an invoice to your email.

3. Truck arrival to your warehouse

After the truck arrived the delivery address you have to unload your goods. Upon arrival, the driver gives you a CMR document to stamp, sign and put unloading date in space 24 of CMR. The document completed by you as the consignee must be immediately sent to us for verification to avoid possible errors by filling it out. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to our account according to invoice on the day of unloading.
