That is possible if you combine your order with someone of your colleagues/neighbors in the surrounding area to make a single truckload order. Unfortunately we don’t sell small volumes of goods as it isn’t profitable for either you or us.The most cost-efficient order option is to order one type of product for a single truckload.

For private customers the price shall include VAT. Actually we can supply our products to private customers in Germany and Poland only.

Our net price for companies with a valid EU-VAT number includes customs clearance in the EU and delivery to the end customer's warehouse (DDP incoterms conditions). For private customers the price is calculated under the same DDP terms, including EU-VAT.

This is possible only if these products are manufactured by the same supplier. Please, inform us about your wish in advance.

Unfortunately, it is impossible, as our business policy is configured with delivering of our goods only by our trusted partners (forwarding agents and logistics companies).

Unfortunately, this is not our business policy. For EU countries our company makes customs clearance of the delivered goods. Independent customs clearance by the customer is possible just for non-EU countries.

The truck driver doesn't make unloading. To unload delivered goods you shall provide all appropriate equipment (pallet jack, forklift) beforehand.

Unfortunately, this is impossible. Payment for our goods is based on our invoice and is made only by bank transfer in Euro to our bank account.

Payment for our goods is made in Euro to our bank account within the timeframe specified in the invoice.

After your payment, we would like to get payment confirmation from your bank.

Delivery time takes up to 14 days, taking into account force majeure circumstances (border queues, seasonal road restrictions, natural disasters, military action, etc.)

We provide information on the location of the goods you ordered at every stage of the transaction: loading and outbound customs clearance, border crossing and customs clearance, and the estimated time of arrival of the truck to your warehouse. As a rule, we try to accommodate your wishes regarding the arrival time of the goods to your warehouse.

Upon the truck arrival, you can inspect the goods during the unloading process. The end customer marks the receipt of goods at the unloading location in column 24 of the CMR (company seal, date, and signature). If the recipient doesn't have a seal (please, inform us in advance at the contract stage), the recipient personally enters the following information in column 24: full company name, address, EU-VAT number, date and signature.

This must be specified in advance before the transaction completion. In any case, you as our buyer or your client shall indicate receipt of the goods at the unloading location in column 24 of the CMR (company seal, date, signature).
