If you have chosen and wish to buy a product from us at a net price, you have to get a valid EU VAT number. You can check the actual status of your VAT number at the website https://ec.europa.eu.
We also sell our products to private customers (without an EU VAT number) in Germany.

Unloading Of The Truck

We do not unload your goods. You must have your own forklift, and the driver is not required to unload so. If you don't have a forklift, you can rent one for the unloading day. We will notify you in advance when the truck will be on the place of your warehouse.

If you order oak or ash firewood, you must be registered in the TRACES system.
